Chairman and CEO

Yves Barraquand, a graduate of France's prestigious Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines, was appointed to head the WINOA group in 2003.
After occupying several positions in the Ministries of Regional Development, the Sea and then the Environment (1988-1992), he joined the Bolloré group as CEO and then as Chairman of the shipping company Delmas-Vieljeux in 1993.
Following his appointment as deputy CEO of the Pinault-Printemps-Redoute group in 2000 he became CEO of Rexel, the electronic products distribution subsidiary of PPR, in 2002.
