Initiated by the top management and piloted by the Corporate Operational Marketing Department, the new ambitious project, WA Sales University, was launched in our Group to set up the structure that enable the best possible training and support to sales and technical assistance teams in the whole group and our most loyal partners.
WA Sales University in 2011: the first internal session was set up in March, and the second part will take place from the 20th to the 29th of June. 8 employees, recently hired and come from different countries participate to this training session.
Winoa also wished to provide high level training to its agents and distributors. To this effet we developed WASU Partners, in order to provide its most loyal agents and distributors with the necessary technical knowledge related to our products, services, tools and also our Premium approach.
Our distributors, with this strong customer’s orientation, will now be able to broadcast the W. Abrasive brand among all customers with the same philosophy instilled in our sales people.
Within WASU, from 2008 to 2010, we have trained more than 30 employees from 18 countries.
We also trained more than 30 partners, coming from 13 different countries (Sweden, Germany, Romania, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran and India)
