For this purpose, we work with the managers to prepare a personalised schedule which sets out the first weeks: meeting with various departments, training sessions organised by Winoa Academy... The goal is simple: to encourage interactions with the internal network in order to get a clear view of the group's inner workings more quickly.

Each year, the managers and their employees meet to take stock on the progress achieved. This doesn't only concern the expected fulfilment of goals, the understanding of the job’s fundamentals, or the acquisition of new skills (S.M.A.R.T.). It's also an opportunity for privileged exchanges regarding professional fulfilment and personal development in the short and long term.
