TECHNOLOGY

Our 3 Research Centres and 6 Test Centres develop cutting-edge technology to provide our customers with the most efficient and effective blasting operations at a lower cost.

WA COST 

This cutting-edge technology reduces the total blasting operational costs. It has taken 10 years and endless data collection by our Testing Centres to develop this unique technology which takes into account dozens of parameters. 

 

WA CAM

This innovative technology provides quick and precise identification of the position of hot points generated by a turbine and high-wear areas of blasting equipment. The outcome is better maintenance cost control and better results on the parts.


WA 3D 

WA 3D technology gives a 3D view of the roughness profile of a blasted surface. This creates new opportunities for optimisation of the blasting process when preparing a surface before coating.


WA CLEAN

This patented technology evaluates the cleanliness of a blasted surface in compliance with international standards, freeing it from human interpretation. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to read, quantify and archive the degree of cleanliness of blasted parts prior to coating, in view of both improving blasting techniques and reducing costs.
